The Legal Stuff

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, and the person must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Anyone professionally connected with Heritage Chart Radio or this competition, or their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, participants must complete the competition form by providing:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Answer to the competition question

2.2 Only one entry per email address is allowed. Multiple entries from the same email will be disqualified.
2.3 Entries must be submitted before the competition closing date of Friday 7 March 10am. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

3.1 The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all correct entries after the closing date.
3.2 The winner(s) will be announced publicly on the Heritage Chart Radio website, Facebook page, and Mike Read's Breakfast Show on Monday 10 March 2025
3.3 The winner(s) will then be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, other winner(s) may be chosen.

4. Prizes

4.1 The prize is as is, no cash alternative is available.

5.1 By entering, participants agree that Heritage Chart Radio may use their details to contact them regarding the competition.
5.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
